The Pasta Table
A Monthly Hands-On Pasta Experience for Adults
Saturday, October 24 | 6:00–9:00 PM
The kids usually get to have all the fun in the kitchen—but once a month, the studio is for the grown-ups!
Join me for The Pasta Table, a relaxed, hands-on evening centered around the art of making fresh pasta from scratch. After five years of teaching adult pasta-making classes, I’m excited to bring this experience to my own studio and create a monthly evening just for adults.
This isn't a quick cooking demonstration—you'll spend three full hours in the kitchen, getting your hands in the flour, learning the techniques behind beautiful homemade pasta, enjoying good food, and sharing the table with others.
For our first Pasta Table, we'll be making:
Fresh Fettuccine
Hand-Cut Pappardelle
Tiramisu for Dessert
We'll begin the evening with an appetizer and a little limoncello before rolling up our sleeves and getting to work. You'll learn how to mix and knead pasta dough, roll it to the proper thickness, cut and shape two classic pasta styles, and turn simple ingredients into something pretty special.
And, of course, the best part comes at the end—sitting down together to enjoy what we've made.
Guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the evening.
Whether you come with a friend, plan a date night, or come on your own and meet someone new around the pasta table, this is your invitation to slow down, cook something wonderful, and enjoy a night out that's a little different.
Come hungry. Leave knowing how to make pasta from scratch.
Space will be limited to keep the experience personal and hands-on.
