Teen Hands On Gyoza Class
Making gyoza is part cooking, part creativity, and part technique. In this interactive class, teen chefs will learn how to prepare Japanese-style dumplings while building confidence in the kitchen and practicing skills like precision, patience, coordination, and problem-solving.

Students will learn how to:
- Season and prepare a flavorful gyoza filling
- Properly stuff and fold dumpling wrappers
- Make a delicious dipping sauce
- Cook gyoza using two different methods
- Use chopsticks with confidence
Each gyoza is filled with seasoned ground pork and vegetables, creating the perfect balance of crispy, savory, and satisfying flavors. By the end of class, teens will have mastered the basics of dumpling making and gained new cooking skills they can recreate at home.
